Whether you are looking for full support from pregnancy to post partum, a calming presence during labour additional support after, together we create the right plan for you
Relaxed
- 2 x up to 2 hour antenatal sessions at your home to discuss your birth preferences and birth physiology
- On call from 38 weeks of your Estimated Due Date (EDD), until your baby makes their arrival on their birth-day
- Phone/email/message support from 28 weeks
- Continuous support during labour
- Immediate postpartum support
- 1 x 2 hour postnatal visit to debrief on your birth
Tranquil
- 3 x up to 2 hour antenatal sessions at your home to discuss your birth preferences and birth physiology
- On call from 38 weeks of your Estimated Due Date, until your baby makes their arrival on their birth-day
- Phone/email/message support from 28 weeks
- Continuous support during labour
- Immediate postpartum support
- 2 x 2 hour postnatal visits, to include your birth debrief and to offer postnatal services
Serenity
- 3 x up to 2 hour antenatal sessions at your home to discuss your birth preferences and birth physiology
- On call from 38 weeks of your Estimated Due Date, until your baby makes their arrival on their birth-day
- Phone/email/message support from 26 weeks
- Continuous support during labour
- Immediate postpartum support
- 4 x 2 hour postnatal visits, to include your birth debrief and to offer postnatal services
Birth Support
Continuous support from the moment you book me as your doula, until you are settled in to your new way of life.
Clients have full access to my Rebozo massage, TENS Machine, birth combs and information resources.
