What does overnight support include?

Every family is different, so support is tailored to your individual needs.

Depending on your preferences and agreed care plan, overnight support can include:

• Loving, attentive care of your newborn throughout the night.
• Overnight Care (8 or 9 hours)
• Morning handover
• Nappy changes and dressing your baby.
• Bottle-feeding support and assistance with breastfeeding.
• Winding and settling your baby after feeds.
• Responding to your baby's nighttime cues.
• Supporting safe sleep practices.
• Monitoring and sharing information about feeding, nappies and sleep.
• Light baby-related tasks, such as washing bottle and sterlising bottles
• Helping parents feel confident and prepared for the days ahead.
